latest acquisition of a Class B industrial warehouse and distribution center in a prime Oklahoma City
location.

This deal was executed as a short-term sale leaseback with brokerage assistance from Rusty Smith and
Allan Meadors at Cushman & Wakefield. TruCore is set to reposition and make immediate improvements
to the facility, including exterior paint and interior light upgrades. This purchase advances their ongoing
portfolio expansion, with more than $130 Million secured during the last two years.
