As Deloitte’s 2025 Commercial Real Estate Outlook highlights, industrial real estate remains a standout asset class, driven by reshoring, supply chain resilience, and sustained demand for logistics warehousing. With three of the top four asset classes falling under the industrial umbrella, investor confidence remains strong.

Hunt says, “Industrial manufacturing will present the greatest opportunity for investors over the next 12 to 18 months, according to Deloitte’s 2025 Commercial Real Estate Outlook survey.
Logistics and warehousing have boomed since COVID, causing industrial real estate to be a standout asset class of the past 4 years. Despite recent success, investor sentiment remains strong.
• Industrial manufacturing, driven by reshoring and the push for greater supply chain resilience, has seen a surge in investor confidence.
• Logistics warehousing remains a steady, preferred asset class.
