announced the acquisition of a four-building industrial complex located at 1872 N. 75th E. Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The properties are fully leased to American Power Innovations (API), a long-standing manufacturer of custom power distribution solutions, with a lease term extending through 2036.
API specializes in designing and manufacturing equipment that supports utility and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. With more than 80 years of operating history in Tulsa, the company leverages its central U.S. location to efficiently serve customers nationwide.
The tenant recently underwent a majority acquisition by Argonaut Private Equity, a Tulsa-based private equity firm, further reinforcing the strength and stability of the tenancy.
